What counts as a “direction”?
A direction is one monitored channel — Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Site Analytics, and so on. Each plan’s account limits apply per direction, so 5 ad accounts on Pro means 5 for Meta and 5 for Google independently.
Is billing per project or per workspace?
Per project. Each project carries its own plan, so you can run one client on Max and another on Free in the same workspace.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks and you’re never charged overage — every tier has hard caps. If you need more of one thing, add an à-la-carte add-on instead of jumping a whole tier.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Anytime. Downgrade to Free whenever you like; your data is retained per the destination plan’s retention window. No cancellation fees.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free is free forever with no card — sign up and connect a channel right away. You only add a card at checkout if you upgrade to Pro or Max.
How do payments work?
Card payments are processed through WayForPay. You’ll get an invoice for every charge, and ФОП-compatible documents on request.
