Which messaging channels are supported?
Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger via Meta's official API, plus Telegram Business via the official Bot API. More channels are on the way.
Is this a CRM?
No. AngryBoss is an auxiliary inbox and quality monitor — it reads conversations and lets you reply, but it does not run a sales pipeline.
How is customer privacy handled?
Personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, payment details) is redacted before any AI analysis, and alerts are based only on aggregate rates, never single conversations.
Will customers know a bot is reading the chat?
Analysis is passive and read-only. Replies are written by your team from the composer — AngryBoss does not auto-respond to customers.
